As a Senior Crisis Communication Manager, you will ensure that in times of managing incidents or even a crisis our story will reach our audiences in a meaningful and impactful way.


What You?ll Do for Us:

  • Supports the PMO & Talent Pool Director in the development and implementation of crisis communications strategies.

  • Leads the development, creation and implementation of project-based communications ensuring plans are fully synchronized with our OU strategies and Global narrative

  • Coordinates with global & EU communications teams, marketing teams, bottling partners and other functions to ensure consistency of plans and messaging.

  • Manages proactively external crisis that impacts the reputation of the company together with leadership.

  • Anticipates and resolves issues through effective crisis communications support and/or surge capacity mechanisms in the event of a crisis in a region.

  • Provides subject-matter expertise to the franchise PACS operations teams


Qualifications & Requirements
:


  • 8+ years
    of relevant experience in Communications, Crisis Communications, Public Affairs, Public Policy, Journalism

  • Franchise PACS Operations experience is preferable

  • Business, commercial, marketing acumen

  • Direct experience with, marketing, Leadership, agencies & with TCCC external partners (bottlers and customers)

  • Strong leadership capabilities
    to provide strategic support and input to the leadership

  • Experience working in large OUs
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional and cross-geographical teams

Mastery of:

  • ability to effective, clear and meticulous writing skills with obsessive attention to detail & understanding the communication

  • collaborative, network-oriented mindset

  • crisis management
    experience

  • excellent
    written, verbal, interpersonal communications skills

  • strong ability to work agilely in different teams, both inside & outside of the system


Broad expertise in:

  • experience in strategic communication plans

  • experience with stakeholder management

  • experiences in media, public policy, digital or social media bring depth to role

  • speechwriting or social media skills

  • curiosity about a wide range of topics, and willingness to learn new areas

Travel requirements:


  • 30% of travel required and travel in locations where an incident/crisis is developing may be required to manage a developing situation hands-on
