What we are looking for?

As our brand grows and our community expands, so do our social media efforts and so we are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position.

Your day to day might look like this

• 
  Audit, develop, implement and manage our social media strategy;


• Define most important social media KPIs;


• Work closely with the team on the best content strategy for each channel;


• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization;


• Measure the success of every social media campaign;


• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies;


• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Design teams;


• Provide constructive feedback.

Your must haves

• 
  1/2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role;


• Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions;


• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok, Google+ and other social media best practices;


• Excellent communication skills, English is an absolute must;


• Analytical and multitasking skills;


• Understanding of social media and web traffic metrics;


• Autonomous approach and proactive attitude;


• Valid work permit or citizenship to work in Portugal.

Set yourself apart

• 
  Bachelor or Master degree in management, marketing or similar;


• Experience with doing audience and market research;


• Excellent multitasking skills;


• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;


• Good time-management skills.
