We are seeking Senor Business Data Analyst to contribute to the development and governance our data and information in order to drive business decisions, growth and strategy development.

You will work closely with various departments to collect, prepare, organize, protect and analyze data assets while ensuring that the company meets industry best practices. You will be in the driving seat vis a vis our IT Team to develop the overall TB Data sourcing requirements and industrialization of our day to day reporting needs across EMEA.

Other duties will include participation to inter-disciplinary teams, improving and streamlining data systems within the company, and driving innovation. (all the above as a strong key contributor )

The first priority will consist on supporting our Senior Data business scientist to secure our BaU business dashboard production and data gathering with Global Banking IT and Trade / Cash Competency Centers.

This will come with securing task transfers from our Head office to Lisbon.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Thorough understanding of the business and data strategy.
  
• Automate present reports and check data consistency.


• Designing and implementing data strategies and systems with TB Advisor experts (P/L, ALM, Risks, HR, Operations, Clients) and data scientist to automate as much as we can keep always in mind cost/benefit and challenging each demand, introducing new way of working.


• Lead, motivate and influence various IT teams.


• Overseeing the collection, storage, management, quality and protection of data for TB Product lines.


• Contribute to data privacy policies and compliance with data protection regulations.


• Propose initiatives to ensure better costs controls and develop revenues based on insights derived from data.


• Effectively communicate the status, value, and importance of data collection to executive members and staff.


• Knowledge of relevant applications, big data solutions, and tools.


• Good understanding of the business product lines (cash, trade, deposits, working capital).
  
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools.

PROFILE

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field or economics


• Master's Degree preferred


• 7 to 10 years' experience in a senior-level data management role
  
• Management experience


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Project management skills


• Analytically minded and able to be synthetic as well


• Professionalism and ethical behavior


• Open and eager to learn and discover day-to-day banking product (curious and hands-on)
