Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic profile that will manage the most of internal application sof Keyrus Group. You will be first responsible of Salesforce and then you will handle the continuous improvement / support of other Group applications, too (like Teamtailor, Anaplan - for budgeting and finance consolidation -, etc.)

Tasks and Objectives

  • Salesforce (and other tools/apps): As a guardian of the tool, you are in charge to improve, maintain and administer the overall ecosystem around this application

  • App super-user / Product Owner at Group Level:
    • Product continuous development: roadmap, backlog management and prioritization, specifications, configuration (where no development required), delivery

    • Stakeholders management: collect & consolidate feedback, answer & analyse demands, set up governance & communication (eg. organize regular ?Salesforce Guild?)

    • Analyze new functionalities/upgrades provided by Salesforce and communicate them to the different entities

    • Product owner: create & maintain a roadmap, define priorities, secure delivery (follow-up, quality,?)

    • Support local admins with their functional questions (Group support mailbox)

    • Create Reports and Dashboards for the Group

    • Be the Tool responsible for any integration project (eg. Provide required Salesforce needs for BI)

  • 2nd line support of end users on the tool usage (Point of contact: local Admins, no direct end-users)
    • Manage the Group Support mailbox

    • In-depth analysis of incoming demands

  • Point of contact with external providers

  • Gate-keeper of best-practices and sharing them cross-organization (process and tool). Sales in case of Salesforce, Recruiting in case of Team Tailor, etc.

  • Other tasks:
    • Monitor licenses usage (at Group)

    • Check & manage the Accounts hierarchies in general (at Group level ? local hierarchy handled by local admin)

  • Work hand-in-hand with our Technical Administrator.

Jobs requirements

  • Knowledge/Experience of Salesforce configuration & administration is a plus or appetite to learn (can be trained)

  • Business oriented: good understanding of end-to-end sales process

  • Able to talk with Business & Technical profiles, and with senior management (interaction with many stakeholders)

  • Client & result oriented

  • Strong analytical skills, structured and methodical

  • Autonomous

  • Fluent in English. French & Spanish is a plus

  • Overall experience: Between 5 and 10 years
