CRM & Multichannel Assistant Full-time

In coordination with the Customer Strategy team and in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Medical Teams, the CRM & Multichannel Assistant will participate in:


  • The implementation of Company CRM strategy

  • The definition of optimized multichannel strategies

  • The development and presentation of insightful reports and analyses which support business decisions

  • The improvement of digital and web analytics

What You Will Do:


Support the implementation of the CRM & Multichannel strategy, taking an active role in:


  • iCONNECT (Sales Force CRM) data quality;

  • Profiling, Targeting and Segmentation

  • Monitoring customer interactions through different channels

  • Optimizing and implementing new communication channels

  • Internal training in iCONNECT and Veeva CRM

Participate in the execution of multichannel projects in coordination with internal departments or external suppliers


Monitoring and constant improvement of the Multichannel Strategy


Improve reports for digital assets (Google Analytics)


Detection of best practices and improvements in digital efficiency


Encourage innovation through new digital proposals that meet the needs of internal and external customers




Qualifications


Required education & experience


  • University degree required. Preferred Education: management, statistics or healthcare-related

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and Access. Experience in CRM and Analytic Software is a plus

  • Experience in data management will be highly valued

  • Experience in Pharma industry will be a plus

  • Minimum experience: 1 year (preferred)

  • Native Portuguese speaker and proficient English in both spoken and written

  • Broad analytic skills and drive to analyze data to come to strategic views and operational insight

  • Ability to work in cross functional teams

  • Highly motivated and eager to learn all aspects of the business

  • Flexibility, fast adaptation, openness and proactivity
