Position Summary


For our Marketing department, we are currently looking for a CRM / Loyalty Manager. Reporting to CRM & Digital Marketing Manager, this professional will successfully ensure the design and launch of loyalty program and retention marketing activities whilst driving synergies and efficiency against the overall Customer Relationship Management agenda. The challenges


  • You will collaborate within marketing team, as well as with relevant stakeholders to integrate digital in order to create engaging marketing campaigns;

  • You will ensure the alignment of our local digital strategy with corporate approach - with Global Branding and Metronom teams;

  • You will implement digital activation plans, for all digital touchpoints - Website, Mobile App, Social Media, email/messaging and paid media;

  • You will brief Makro's Social Media agency on owned, earned and paid media, including strategy, plan approvals, plan tracking & post campaign reporting, research and learnings implementation;

  • You will activate Makro's email/messaging plan and implement CRM tools (such as segmented newsletter, campaigns and promotions, ?);

  • You will brief Makro's Website/newsletter agency in order to guarantee these digital properties are updated and aligned with our digital content strategy;

  • You will support with KPI tracking, using data for creating new digital strategies and promote data-based decision making across the organization.


To succeed in this role, those are the most appreciated set of skills


  • Be and expert on the matter, with solid experience with loyalty programs
  • 3-5 years in a retention marketing position, specifically working on a loyalty program

  • Well versed in common loyalty program benchmarks and measurement strategies

  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills and team player

  • Be prone to project management

  • Be a business-oriented person and entrepreneur

  • Have excellent analytical and problem solver skills (advanced excel knowledge is mandatory, previous experience with Teradata and PowerBI will be valued)

  • Have an excellent English level (due to regular interaction with corporate)

  • Knowledge of the hospitality sector, namely restaurant businesses, will be valued
