Payroll Team Leader Full-time

HR Payroll Team Leader perform a specialized type of HR work focused on Payroll. Control and check Payroll to ensure that the payroll tasks are accomplished within deadlines and to a high quality. Training, support and management of the team and guarantee the efficiency of procedures and tools.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manage and develop a Team of Payroll Officers

  • Oversee the full scope of the Payroll area guaranteeing the efficiency of both procedures and tools in strict adherence with internal policies and procedures, labor and tax legislation, in addition to GDPR requirements

  • Monitor and control end-to-end Payroll (monthly/annual) tasks/activities ensuring those are accomplished within deadlines, for at least 7 Group legal entities

  • Ensure payments comply with collective bargaining agreements, legislation, or other regulatory instruments

  • Proficient towards pay concepts and calculations such as overtime; shift payments; sales commissions and bonuses, amongst others

  • Carry out analysis and specific controls to assure output accuracy and efficiency of the payroll area

  • Produce KPI?s; prepare reports to local management and/or to meet any legislative obligations


PROFILE


  • Bachelor Degree in relevant area

  • At least two years of experience in similar position

  • Good knowledge regarding Contractual and Administrative relations (Payroll) and Compensation & Benefits

  • Fluency in English is mandatory

  • Advanced level of Excel with experience in PowerPivot

  • Ability to deliver/results driven

  • Ability to collaborate

  • Analytical ability and critical thinking

  • Ability to understand, explain and support change

  • Ability to develop and adapt a process
