Primary Duties, Responsibilities, and Technical requirements:

· Work on a Service Desk team and provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and chat.

· Manage Service Desk tickets in a timely manner

· Support Microsoft office products, Windows OS etc.

· Support PC and Mac, printers, scanners, mobile devices.

· Support line of business applications for the customers.

· Support on Server related issues, AD, DNS, DHCP.

· Support Tier 1 network related issues.

· Document customer interactions

· Run diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues

· Escalate issues to the next Tier with next level of difficulty

· Install, remediate, and repair computer hardware and software

· Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved

Requirements

· Microsoft Certifications

· Strong technical aptitude and hands on experience.

· 2+ years? experience in a Service Desk Engineer role.

· 3+ years in customer service.

· MSP experience preferred.

· Detail oriented in order to keep detailed notes on tickets

· Experience on Windows 7, 10, Microsoft Office etc.

· Experience on Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, Printer support

· Excellent English communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, business management, time management, and developmental skills.

· Skilled at resolving problems and conflicting situations.
Available to work flexible hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 10,000.00? - 50,000.00? per month
