Back Office Account Manager Financial Services Full-time

NeoLink is the BP2S client reporting website which allows our clients (internal staff & external users) to view and and generate the reports linked to their activities. The users can also send instructions (settlement, cash, CA response, NAV validation?) from the tool.


The NeoLink central support team is in charge of user support, incident management & communication, present NeoLink to our users.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • User support


    • Assist internal users in the use of the service, by phone and email


    • Assist customers who do not have a local NeoLink Support contact (Level 1 Support)


  • Support of local NeoLink Support Branches


    • Manage level 2 support


    • Assist Client Services teams in their major client projects


    • Assist local teams in the recovery or sharing of support tasks


  • Customer projects


    • Assist customers in their work and projects related to the NeoLink solution - Coordinate the establishment of electronic links with our customers - Provide advice to our customers on our available solutions (management instructions, reporting ...)

  • Participate in the evolutions of the NeoLink solution


    • Refit user evolution requests


    • Participate in the definition of needs and user tests


    • Participate in monitoring and identifying malfunctions


    • Present new features to NeoLink community


  • Incident Management


    • Detect incidents


    • Coordinate with APS and Operations the resolution of incidents


    • Publish communication to local NeoLink Support teams & NeoLink community


    • Record, process and track incidents until resolved


PROFILE


  • Proficient in English, French preferable


  • Bachelor degree in relevant area


  • Professional experience in banking operations preferable
