The Role:

  • This an operational and hands-on-role that requires a very high level of organizational skills and attention to detail. We have a vivid HR role based in Portugal (Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra and Évora) and also in The Netherlands (Utrecht). Our team consists of 7 (with you 8!) colleagues, both based in The Netherlands and Portugal.

  • You will work side by side with the People & Culture Business partner in Portugal and the corporate People & Culture team based in The Netherlands;

What are your key responsibilities?

  • You will have responsibility and being actively involved for the full employee Lifecyle regarding HR legal and administrative such as recruitment, onboarding, training, holidays, benefits, and others administrative task;

  • Process all paperwork associated with employment changes;

  • Support the Office support team with events or other tasks;

  • Be open to work on other tasks as required by the business.

  • 2 - 3 years? experience as HR administrator or recruiter;

  • Knowledge of general HR topics such as recruitment, HR admin, legal;

  • Able to have a technical communication in English (a must);

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management;

  • Discretion, confidentiality and ethic ? able to handle confidential/sensitive information and involve the appropriate people;

  • Resolution oriented attitude;

  • Can-do, deliver and critical thinking mindset with positive and proactive behaviour;

  • Eager to learn more even outside HR;
