HR Business Partner Support Full-time

The HRBP is a Solution provider towards his client and a strategic partner on HR-related topics within his/ her scope. She/he provides a fully integrated, comprehensive HR role with focus on developing and maintaining relationship with designated domain, providing HR advice and services in line with domain strategic objective.

The HRBP is part of a diversified HR Community and will leverage knowledge of specialist HR teams for specialist advice on Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, among others.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Support the HRBPs with their BAU activities:
    • Ensure the efficiency of all administrative HR processes and monitor all the information shared between HRBP team and other HR teams (Payroll, Reward, Support, L&D, Recruitment, etc)

    • Collect and centralize resignations information, update SPEAR and organize exit interviews, occasionally lead exit interviews. Keep HRBPs informed of all resignations from their scope and send the information to HR SS team timely

    • Support HRBPs in setting up priorities for career development interviews with specific populations (LFT, senior profiles, managers, expat, retention risk population?), planning and monitoring career interviews

    • Participate in building a succession planning campaign at least once a year and maintaining the information up to date

    • Support HRBPs in monitoring LFTs and proposing development actions in liaison with L&D team

    • Monitor long term absences and anticipate returns: maternity leave, parental leave, long term leave (sabbatical), long sick leave, outbound expatriates returning to Lisbon,?
    • Set up KPI?s to monitor the HRBPs activity and collect data in order to feed the activity dashboard

  • Participate to transversal projects:
    • Participate to transversal projects upon request of the Senior HRBP (Switch..)

    • Coordinate and centralize the HRBP contributions to key processes and projects (HR 2020 days, Conduct day,?)

  • Acquire and develop an understanding of the activity covered by the HRBPs:
    • Develop an understanding of the Lisbon Platform organisation and participate to the update of HR tools liaising with the RefOg and Admin teams

  • Support HRBPs in organizing their activity:
    • Organization of complex committees, events or webex involving many participants (ie Talent review, People Reviews, succession planning reviews, Appraisal campaign communication to staff or managers?)

    • Support the HRBPs in organizing and structuring their common folder helping them to keep HR records GDPR compliant

    • Preparation of agendas and minutes of HRBP key meetings to ensure efficiency during meetings and follow-up of decisions made

PROFILE


  • Between 2 and 4 years of experience, at least, in similar position

  • Fluent in English

  • Strong sense of confidentiality and ethic

  • Good Human Resources processes knowledge

  • Strong command of HR tools and procedures

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, in particulary an advanced Excel level

  • Ability to develop and adapt a process

  • Ability to collaborate / Teamwork
