We are eLama, an international IT-company brand. We are developing an all-in-one platform which simplifies online advertising management. Our product is 12 years old now, and over that period 30 000 customers worldwide have created more than 300 000 accounts and 1.5 mln ads campaigns with the help of our solution.

Our headquarters is located in St Petersburg, Russia, but we have a strong focus on international marketing strategy. We are closely working with advertisers in Europe, Latin America and Asia and have offices in Ireland and Brazil. To build a strong community of professionals driven by mutual success, we are looking for a Key Account Associate who will be responsible for onboarding and retention of the clients.

This role is fundamental to the company. As part of the team you will have an opportunity to work with the partners from Europe, Latin America and Asia and work with the feedback. You will also impact other departments by building a bridge between our clients and product marketing departments.

Thus, you will have an opportunity to work:

Besides, you will be able to work on a fixed schedule from 9 am to 6 pm (Dublin time) with a mixed format ? 50 / 50 office / remote.

br/>What you will be supposed to do:

• Conduct onboarding of agencies? accounts.

• Response to agencies? inquiries, handle objections.

• Conduct onboarding for NDA signing and verification with the partner.

• Provide technical support and prepare bug-lists.

• Provide reports on cooperation with the partners.

• Provide reports on activation.

• Solve technical issues (cooperate with the software development team).

• Prepare requirements for FAQ, User Guides, Video demo to Youtube, cooperate with the marketing team (hand over the requirements and make sure that the task is completed).

• Make suggestions on the site usability and tools improvements.

• Conduct demo presentations to the clients (only when required).

What we expect from a candidate:

• Experience in customer support / sales / marketing.

• Overall comprehension of paid ads agencies? functioning.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Native English speaker.

• PortugueseSpanish as an advantage
