HR About Me & Services Officer Full-time

The Reporting & Services Lisbon platform is a key component of the CIB Global Human Resources setup. Our mission is to support the CIB HR activities through administration roles & processes monitoring, permanent and ad hoc reporting with in addition any new processes not already covered by another team. Our main challenge is to set up strong processes with high-end data quality while keeping flexible and open services for the largest set of demanding clients.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Regulatory reporting - Report on mandatory e-learnings for CIB for the current stakeholders:


  • Manage the reports scheduled on J and J-10 to the involved stakeholders

  • Produce ad hoc reports upon request

  • Liaise with Compliance CIB and L&D for all related queries

  • Provide accurate support to internal clients

  • Improve/automate the reporting process


Administrate the CIB appraisals & 180° campaigns (About Me):


  • Manage the full set-up of the 2020 appraisal campaign in About Me, acting as project office in the definition of the content and technical setup

  • Administrate the platform

  • Responsible for the setup of communications (incl. mass mailing), documentation & training materials

  • Responsible of the official reporting within a strong control framework

  • Act as the main contact for Group HR representing CIB for About Me

  • Produce dashboards & ad hoc reporting

  • Provide direct support to the different stakeholders: local HR, managers & employees


Manage Job Activities Directory's (JAD) data quality and support with Local HR:


  • Act as the CIB JAD Administrator doing the support to locals and global HRs

  • Provide support to Local HR to improve the data quality in the data used

  • Be part of the JAD CIB position tree review


Projects:


  • Develop and enhance the current processes & services, proposing improvements to better serve our clients

  • Take over the management of micro processes

  • Setup and follow up of the projects from the specifications up to the go live


PROFILE


  • University Degree in related area

  • Minimum 1-3 years professional experience in:
    • Systems Administration & Support

    • Reporting/Consolidation or process management experience

    • Management of large databases

    • Management of multiple projects with consistent quality and timely delivery

  • Fluent in English (oral and written)

  • Intermediate in French (oral and written)

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint etc.) package advanced level

  • Skilled relationship builder - ability to work with different stakeholders

  • Strong Team Spirit

  • Innovation and creativity

  • Results and delivery focus, especially during change, with customer satisfaction in mind

  • Ability to manage priorities

  • Sense of confidentiality
