Demand Generation Specialist

Remote – Portugal

Velocidi is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to join our marketing team and help create programs that attract and nurture leads to fuel our sales pipeline and drive company growth. In this role, you?ll have responsibility for the planning and execution of programs generating leads through paid and owned channels such as SEM, social media, events, partnerships, email marketing, and content syndication.

You?ll work in a collaborative, cross-functional team with marketing, sales, and product teammates. We are a small but growing company where you will have a direct impact on business revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage campaign strategy and execution across channels to drive awareness and generate leads.

• Craft short-form content for social media, email, and landing pages, and more as it pertains to demand gen programs.

• Collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams to maintain alignment on messaging, goals, and measurement.

• Track and measure coordinated campaign performance to understand our buyer journey and drive improvements.

• Become intimately familiar with our target market and personas

• Regularly assess and implement feedback from sales, client success, and business leaders on strategy, tactics, and messaging.

• Provide recommendations for improvements.

Our ideal candidate:

• 2+ years of experience in B2B Marketing

• Analytically inclined, loves data and numbers.

• Experienced in SEM and social media marketing for B2B organizations

• Comfortable documenting and articulating strategies for demand gen programs including objectives, target personas, key messages, and tactics.

• Comfortable with agile methodologies

• Bonus for experience in SaaS

• More bonus for experience with fashion e-commerce business as a target market.
