Main Responsibilities:

  • Overall process support: monitoring, master data & templates, CSS / complains follow-up, document retention, training;

  • Contract leads mgmt, offer creation and contract / cancel. and administration;

  • Fulfilment support: routes optimization, order management, notified body management repairs: order admin, billing, SP Sales and CBK process;

Language requirements:
  • Native / fluent Portuguese;
  • Spanish (preferred, not mandatory).
