Main Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives;

• Employee data and employee relations management; leave management; support in employee engagement initiatives;

• Benefits administration: define and develop assessment recommendations for all businesses and levels;

• Knowledge management admin;

• Support in training of new a team members on operation procedures & policies.

• Native / fluent Portuguese;

• Fluent or upper intermediate English;

• Spanish (preferred, not mandatory).

• Team player with interpersonal skills;

• Time management and administrative skills;

• Analysis and problem solving capacity.
