About the department


We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Administrator who will be joining the Salesforce team that is responsible for supporting Cloudflare?s Sales organization. The ideal candidate is a logical self-starter with a proactive mindset on all things Salesforce. Junior admin will be responsible for executing day-to-day duties to support and maintain Cloudflare?s CRM platform.


What you'll do

  • Serve as SFDC Administrator for a rapidly growing Salesforce.com environment.

  • Administer CRM platform by managing user setup, roles and profiles, record types, fields, page layouts, workflows and validations.

  • Provide real-time Tier-1 support and act as the first line of defense to debug production errors, respond to general Salesforce questions/issues from end users.

  • Support Lead management processes and work with cross-functional teams.

  • Understand and support CRM data security by managing user hierarchy and sharing rules.

  • Directly support the sales team with operational and administrative functions.

  • Be able to manage multiple projects/priorities in a face paced environment.

  • Support new employee training for Salesforce platform and integrated tools during onboarding.

  • Drive adoption of the CRM platform through standardization of current processes, and on-going improvement initiatives.

Main requirements
  • Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information system or related field (preferred), or 3+years of equivalent work experience.

  • In depth knowledge of standard Salesforce functionalities and have successfully expanded on those capabilities using ?Clicks?.

  • 1-3yrs of operational experience supporting sales organization.

  • Excellent Documentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with different stakeholders and prioritize/manage multiple projects.

  • Well-versed in Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and organized with high attention to detail.

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud experience and up-to-date Admin (201) certification is a HUGE Plus.
