Monitoring & Data Management officer Full-time

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • The primary responsibilities of the team will be:


    • Strong Partnership with CCRM Team in France, UK and Portugal to understand the compliance control & risk management process for transversal CIB activities related monitoring requirements.


    • Contribute effectively to the Compliance CIB control & risk management set-up efficiency and enhancement.


    • Expertise on big data management and industrialization of CCRM CIB?s processes.


  • As a Transversal Compliance Officer supporting all investment banking activities within Monitoring Lisbon Hub, you will be specifically involved in three main drivers:


    • Campaigns preparation


      • Building an annual planning on needed report during data collection and risk assessment campaigns (tool setup,..)


      • Support all stakeholders to permit an enhancement of their contributions (data access management,..)


    • Assure BAU tasks


      • Ensuring management is made aware of all pressing issues in a timely fashion


      • Coordination of independent challenge on Historical incidents


      • Follow up on compliance correction actions such as Generic Control Plan Action Plans and IG Recommendations


    • Reporting


      • Elaborate consistent and common dashboards with CIB CCRM teams (Paris, Lisbon and London) regarding various compliance activities (IG recommendations, Historical Incidents, Compliance Reporting,..)


      • Maintaining an appropriate audit trail and documentation in all instances in order to enhance set-up processes.


      • Contribute to suggestions to enhance systems, methodologies and process simplification.


The work will thus offer you a unique insight into the Corporate and Institutional Banking business of a leading European bank and the transversal topic of compliance domains. Lisbon hub is part of a broader Compliance Hub encompassing a broad range of different compliance functions (e.g. training, sanctions screening?) which can offer you a genuine and promising career in banking compliance.

PROFILE


  • Strong Microsoft pack office qualifications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint,..), Data management would be appreciated;


  • Fluent in English (both oral and written communication);


  • Evidence of drive, curiosity, good judgment and good attention to detail;


  • Excellent team spirit and ability to work with remote teams across multiple locations;


  • Rigorous, well-organized with a structured and logical approach;


  • Good knowledge in compliance topics and banking business;


  • Good command of French is an advantage
