The Iberian Peninsula Internal Audit Hub is part of BNP Paribas Inspection Générale (IG), and carries out audit assignments on all the activities of the Group both in Spain and in Portugal.

IG is a key part of the Bank?s internal control framework as it helps local organisations accomplish their objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to improve their risk assessment, control and governance processes.

The Audit Department located in Portugal (Lisbon ? Colombo) is looking for a young graduate to join its fast-growing team, as a Personal Assistant Trainee.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Working closely with the Iberian Hub Chief Operating Officer, the Personal Assistant main responsibility is to assist the managers and auditors based in the Iberia and Switzerland Hubs, by helping with administrative tasks and providing support to the assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative tasks:
    • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
    • Organize meetings
    • Request IT accesses and devices
    • To organize Central IG Assignments from an administrative point of view (access to the building and badges) performed in his/her perimeter
    • Prepare travel expenses reporting

  • Assignment Support:
    • Input Findings and Recommendations in UNIK
    • Assemble/Provide support in the Audit and Client report preparation

  • Hubs Support:
    • Provide support in several presentations (local and central)

PROFILE

  • Recently graduated from top tier University in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Audit or Law

  • Be fluent in English and French both spoken and written (mandatory)

  • Excellent communication skills (active listener and clear communicator)

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to be proactive and to take the initiative

  • Capable to work in a challenging environment and with tight deadlines

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

  • Precise and rigorous with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality

  • Team player

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency
