WHAT WE ARE HIRING



We are looking for an Industrial Quality Engineer who will be responsible for the Quality of Hyperion products (Control and Systems) and related industrial processes. As an Industrial Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the development of new ?Hyperion? products in conformance with the standards and Schréder?s internal requirements, for the robustness of internal and external production processes and for the quality of products during the whole life-cycle (evolutions).



WHAT YOU WILL DO


Development of new products



  • Pilot design-FMEA?s and ensure execution of related action plan;

  • Provide all Quality NPD deliverables and represent Quality during Gate meetings;

  • Participate to the development of electronic parts in collaboration with suppliers;

  • Elaborate Product Quality Plan, internally with factories and externally with suppliers;

  • Identify ?Critical to Quality? factors;

  • Ensure ?design for manufacturability? of products;

  • Elaborate Process Control Plan;

  • Supervise product certification process (laboratory test results, samples acceptance).


Robustness of internal and external manufacturing processes



  • Pilot Process-FMEA?s (only internal processes) and ensure execution of related action plan;

  • Determine and pilot qualification of suppliers processes (industrialisation phase);

  • Participate to the suppliers assessment (audits,...).


Quality in life-cycle



  • Analyse and validate evolution requests;

  • Identify ?Critical to Quality? factors linked to the evolution of products;

  • Determine qualification plan for every evolution;

  • Check execution of qualification plan and interpret test results;

  • Consolidate Quality KPI?s related to Customer Satisfaction, for the different ranges of products;

  • Contribute to the technical investigations in case of defective products returned from the field, and, if necessary, provide some technical support the factory teams;

  • Continuously collect new requirements from the field (customers, marketing);

  • Propose ideas of improvement to the development teams.



WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR



  • Master?s degree in Electronics Engineering;

  • + 5 years of professional experience in a similar environment;

  • Experience in industrial electronic processes, specifically in transmission and emission systems;

  • Knowledge in Quality Methodologies: continuous improvement techniques such as SPC and 6Sigma, Deming Wheel, FMEA, audits, Pareto analyses, PPAP;

  • Knowledge in Quality system: ISO 9001, normative documents (procedures, quality manual, specifications,...);

  • Training in Project Management, Product Standards, test protocols and electronic communication protocols will be valued;

  • Training in Quality Assurance, Product Certification or Electromechanics will be valued;

  • Fluent in English;

  • Available and prepared to travel.
