Johnson & Johnson Technology (JJT) Supply Chain Deliver, is recruiting for a Lead Business Analyst in the Customer Connectivity Product Line. This position can be located in Piscataway, New Jersey, Markham, Ontario, or Lisbon, Portugal.

The Customer Connectivity Product Line is leading a digital transformation to better serve our customers with a specific focus on how we can most effectively use technology within our end to end Supply Chain and commercial businesses. Our product line and associated digital products serve the Pharmaceutical, MD&D and Consumer sectors who not only provide creative break throughs and best-in-class health care products but are evolving J&J?s business models to better integrate, interact and enable next generation health care solutions.

In this this position you will be responsible for leading data analysis and business requirements efforts for several critical SC Deliver business imperatives such as our global OTIF-D, Asset Management initiatives and the delivery of key data and analytics solutions in support of several dynamic business analytics teams. These teams are responsible for creating innovative self-service analytics solutions, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, to deliver best in class insights and KPIs to improve our Customer Experience.

We seek a creative problem solver who consults with business partners to bring forth new ideas, challenges the status quo, delivers innovations, and figures out how to best support the business through the effective use of technology. You will lead a technology team that partners closely with our business peers to identify information needs and to develop creative analytics products that deliver value beyond those that exist today. You will be responsible for personally developing analytical prototypes and scalable analytical solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Defining, designing, and developing processes, technologies and tools to support Customer Connectivity business partners.

  • Lead small to medium simultaneous project workstreams, reporting on progress, identifying risk and resolving issues.

  • Partner with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and multi-functional teams to understand as is processes; develop, pilot, and implement improvements.

  • Convert use cases and POCs into technology enabled minimally viable products and ultimately into scalable full stack solutions, using Agile methodology.

  • Ensures data ingestion, curation, accuracy and usability is sufficient to meet the needs of regional business partners at all levels.

  • Deploy systematic data strategies, including automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, machine learning, and other advanced analytics solutions.

  • Implement standard methodologies for data acquisition and ensure applicable data consistently meets the needs of business partners and analytical capability including data governance, data catalog and process documentation.

  • Partner with business and TS technology teams to industrialize analytic solutions and data strategies as required for scaling and reusability.

  • Works closely with architecture teams, both on site and off shore, to ensure robust capabilities.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor?s degree is required.

  • A minimum of 5 years of IT related experience is required.

  • Ability to rapidly understand business requirements, communicate expectations to multi- functional development teams, document data findings that can be easily understood is required.

  • Proven experience assembling, analyzing, and evaluating data and driving appropriate recommendations and decisions to the Business partners and the Project Team is required.

  • Must be a highly analytical individual with experience and passion or solving complex problems through the analysis and visualization of data.

  • Proven experience with at least of one of the following technologies is required: Hadoop-based technologies, MS Azure technologies, AWS technologies (Redshift, S3), Visualization software (Tableau) or Integration technologies (Talend, Alteryx, Informatica).

  • Scrum Master Certification preferred.

  • Proven experience with Agile methodology, including user story creation, product backlog prioritization, and coordination with scrum teams is required.

  • Background or knowledge of Supply Chain data and/or business processes is preferred.

  • Experience on ML algorithms on platforms like MS-AZURE, AML is preferred.

  • Experience with JIRA is required.

  • This position can be located in Piscataway, New Jersey, Markham, Ontario, or Lisbon, Portugal and may require up to 20% domestic and international travel.
