The challenges you will face:



  • You will define consistent and strong brand strategies and consumer value propositions
  • You will develop Manifesto brand execution to ensure consumer engagement
  • You will creates brand execution experience that engage consumers
  • You will explore the naturality territory (Bio, ...) of Blédina
  • You will ensure the delivery short-term operational plans within his team
  • You will contribute actively to the implementation of Precision Marketing
  • You will ensure an excellent communication with its peers/ Marketing colleagues of the Group Danone in order to leverage best practices and optimize group synergies.
  • You will contribute to market share and brand awareness growth
  • You will manage and develop collaborative and diverse team members
  • You will ensure an excellent communication with the other departments in particular with the sales and HCN teams
  • You will compliance of all activities in company.
  • You will assure team and people development


On this position you will report directly to the Country Manager of Specialized Nutrition for Portugal.
This role is the owner of the consumer touchpoint approach & strategy across categories / brands, ensuring brand consistency implementation and resources optimization
Recommend the strategy marketing (brand innovation/renovation and consumer value proposition) and implement the plans with her team
Foster synergies within Specialized Nutrition South Europe region as well as out of it.
