In the case of a tie in the first evaluation phase, a second evaluation phase will be included in which candidates who have obtained the highest marks will be invited to an interview to assess their profile as a researcher, which will take into account aspects such as specific knowledge and proven experience in the field, motivation, availability, commitment, among other aspects. In case there is a need for a two stage process, the final classification will be calculated as the average between the classification obtained in the first phase (50% weighting) and the classification obtained in the interview (50% weighting), and expressed in the scale of 0 to 20 points.

Composition of the Selection Jury: Professor Paulo Jorge dos Santos Pimentel de Oliveira (President of the Jury); Professor Doutor Pedro Miguel de Figueiredo Dinis Oliveira Gaspar (supervisor) and Professor Doutor Pedro Nuno Dinho Pinto da Silva (Effective members); Professor Doutor Luís Carlos Carvalho Pires (Substitute member).
