HR Administrative (M/F) Full-time

ManpowerGroup is recruiting for an international client: HR Administrative (M/F) - Porto

This is a busy, hands-on role that will require the successful applicant to proactively support the Recruitment Team using a high level of planning and organization skills.


  • Provide administration support to the team
  • Play an active role in maintaining procedures within the recruitment department
  • Manage all documentation relating to Recruitment
  • Support the coordination of the recruitment team
  • Assist and provide information to managers across a range of activities

Required Experience:

  • At least 6 months experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Strong administrative skills and an excellent knowledge of office Admin systems and procedures
  • Fully proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal communication skills)
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to 100% accuracy
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to work as part of a team and excellent use of initiative.
