About the team and role
You will be working at our headquarters in Carnaxide, Portugal, where we have a team of approximately 40 people in areas such as Software Development, Account Management, Logistics, Marketing and Administration, among others.

You will be working directly with the CFO, supporting him in daily activities such as the update of reports and control documents, invoice issuance, order processing and dealing with specific customer obligations.
Description
The Assistant to the CFO will be performing the following tasks:

  • Invoice issuance in Primavera software;

  • Update of stock document with ordered quantities and expected shipping dates;

  • Update the stock file with the effective date of goods reception and fill the Intrastat reports for intra-Community transactions;

  • Internal Report - stock clearance and EOQ (economic order quantity);

  • Placing orders to suppliers;

  • Keeping invoice archive with duplicates of invoices issued;

  • Deal with specific customer obligations ? sending proformas for monthly fees and for technical assistance to obtain purchase order numbers for invoicing;

  • Communication cards suspension.

  • Take care of ad-hoc assignments, as required by the CFO.

Requirements


Training and Skills
The Assistant to the CFO must have a degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related.
  • Basic knowledge of accountancy principles;

  • Knowledge of ERP Primavera Software;

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Organizational skills;

  • Proactive and analytical abilities;

  • Focused and results oriented.

  • A strong customer-oriented mindset

  • Comfortable in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with great variety of assignments.
