HR Administrator (M/F) - Fluent in English Full-time

ManpowerGroup is recruiting for an international client based in Braga:

Recruitment Administrator

This is a busy, hands-on role which will allow you to gain exposure to a wide range of Recruitment functions and coordination. The role will require the successful applicant to proactively support the Recruitment Team using a high level of planning and organisation skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to gain experience in Recruitment coordination.


  • Provide administration support for the Recruitment team
  • Play an active role in maintaining procedures within the recruitment department
  • Manage all documentation relating to Recruitment
  • Support the coordination of the recruitment
  • To assist with providing information to managers across a range of activities

Required Experience/Specialist Knowledge:

  • At least 6 months experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Experience in a high demanding recruitment environment
  • Strong administrative skills and an excellent knowledge of office admin systems and procedures
  • Fully proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal communication skills)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to 100% accuracy
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to work as part of a team and excellent use of initiative.
