We are looking for candidates with suitable skills to manage our administrative and communication needs.


The Trainee Administrative Assistant will manage several administrative tasks, manage our communication channels.

As part of the role, the Trainee Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Manage associates? registrations

  • Manage Mailbox and mailing list

  • Manage the creation of new protocol webpages

  • Help on the communication of new activities

  • Manage the communication on the different channels (Internet page, Instagram, Facebook Group, mail communications)

  • Help on institutional presentations


  • Experience in Communication and Web Design (preferable)

  • Experience in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Fluent in English
  • People oriented, willing to help

  • Positive and enthusiastic team player
  • Likes to test new concepts, and adjust accordingly based on feedback

  • Good communication skills, able to deliver presentations
