Qualifications

PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:

Cooperate in different projects with the clinical marketing department, providing operational Marketing support and assisting with the organization/coordination and delivery of consistent communications to our external customers, accordingly the Communication Plan defined.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Draft and send press releases and promotional communication that contain important updates about Portuguese Clinical Market and Clients to print and broadcast media outlets.

In coordination with the colleague based in Spain, deliver internal communication to the Clinical team. Create, develop and update calendars for promotion, contents, postings?

Research and identify target audience across various verticals

Handle incoming requests, leads for information from Marketing.

Promote cooperative relationships using digital media (mainly Linkedin, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook)

Maintain and enhance corporate website (PT) focusing on engagement, content and usability. This includes evolving communications electronic tools as a primary tool for connecting external customers.

Work closely with marketing product managers in order to collaborate in the strategy implementation. Generate reports based on KPIs to reflect the evolution of the strategy designed

Organize events at which their clients can meet with the public to increase product awareness or knowledge of their services or recent developments.

Work closely with our communication agency in Portugal.

Develop high-quality written communications, training content, presentations, and promotional collateral for customers, including email templates, intranet content, newsletter articles, user guides, flyers, and more, ensuring customer deliverables are accurate, professional, creative, and aligned with best practice.

Collaborate in the measuring of the impact and ROI of the main Marketing events and activities + Visibility tracking .

Drive the generation of new opportunities and contribute to the achievement of the sales budget of the allocated Product/Brand range through strategic Marketing management, as well as operational Product /Brand Marketing activities.

TYPICAL STUDIES-EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Studies - Experience:

Studies in Marketing, with a special focus in Communication & Digital Marketing

Bachelor/Studies on health sciences as Biology, Pharmacy, will be a plus.

Previous experience in marketing is desired.

Skills and Qualifications:

High level of English, fluent in Portuguese. Spanish language will be valued.

Able to organize local meetings, able to work in an international environment

Strong business acumen, integrity and ability to build interdisciplinary consensus. Enthusiast & highly committed to succeed, organization & planning skills

Confident, adaptable, self-motivated, analytical, and able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team, with excellent communication, software and presentation skills.

Knowledge of MS Office & Adobe

This role includes travel throughout the Iberia plus other destinations.
