Job Overview


We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Promotor to contribute in generating sales for our company. He will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities and Duties



Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts



Answering questions about products or the company



Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales



Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed



Enter and update customer information in the database



Take and process orders in an accurate manner



Handle grievances to preserve the company?s reputation



Go the ?extra mile? to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales



Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information




Qualifications and work experience


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor?s or superior degree is a plus

  • 2 years of experience in a sales related role, preferably as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems including Microsoft Word and Excel

  • keyboarding skills, be able to type a certain number of words per minute

  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

  • Excellent knowledge of English and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

  • Driver license and own car

  • availability for street work whenever needed

Soft-skills


  • must be an excellent communicator

  • must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts

  • must have clear communication, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers.

  • must have the ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers.

  • must represent the company in a positive light at all times

  • must naturally like working with others

  • must be persuasive and highly motivated to make sales

  • must also be patient and persistent
