Group Human Resources has decided to relocate its Global Assignment Steering Center to Lisbon last June 2017 with an ambition to create a new, cross-business service center to manage corporate international policy and related operations.

Belonging to GASC (Global Assignment Steering Center) in Policy, Tools and Vendors team, your mission as the Global Mobility Technology Analyst will be to manage and develop all aspects of IT and technology used by the Group for global mobility / international assignment management.


Global Assignments IT tools management

Understand the international mobility process and gain knowledge of basic tax and social security principles

Ensure referential data is updated in a timely manner, including monthly / annual reviews

Check data consistency and ensure completion of missing data

Handle maintenance and development of the IT tools

Support end users

Ensure user access and accounts are assigned and configured correctly

Be the first point of internal contact for user support / queries relating to tool

Handle and resolve queries / bugs (with the provider support, if necessary)

Canvass user feedback, take follow-up action as required

Explore possibilities for future developments and enhancements of the existing tool

Ensure technology?s alignment with Group policies

Participate in any new HR technology / IT RFPs

Lead testing of new country tax releases / upgrades

Train users on new / existing functionalities

Ensure Group compliance and security requirements, in terms of data confidentiality and protection

Manage relation with current external tool vendor

Monitor vendor SLAs and KPIs; ensure service delivery

Manage reporting and data analytics as and when required

Oversee quality control and data accuracy

Produce detailed and meaningful reports upon request, and often for senior Group Management, including assumptions and a critical analysis on the data provided

Collaborate with other departments as required

GASC teams and broader global mobility HR team elsewhere in the Group around the world, in particular the population of dedicated tool users

Group (Paris) IT project management team

Regular contact with the technology Group tool vendor

Occasional contact with other internal functions (compliance, data management / data security teams, ?)


University Degree

Minimum 1-3 years professional experience (ideally within HR, HRIS or Tax)

Fluency in English

Ability to undertake recurrent tasks but also suggest improvements and efficiencies


Excellent spoken and written communication

Strong team spirit, ability to integrate and also self-start

Strong sense of customer-focus

Ability to learn and adaptability

Developed MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
