Data Quality - Administrative Support Full-time

Main Responsibilities

The BM will receive a training to understand the context and be able to use specific tools related to their mission (especially Due Diligence tools and reporting tools)

On this scope, the main missions include:

  • prepare, monitor and follow up the different waves of deployment of the Lisbon platform on EMEA countries (Risk assessment, Transformation committee, communication to all stakeholders, follow up on recruitment, follow up on training plan and resources ramp up, liaise with facilities and IT teams, coordinate and maintain proper documentation (SLA, BCP, OPC)
  • Monitor Production: discuss capacity/resources to manage production, monitor volumes and quality, monitor training and SOP, define and prepare KPIs to report to the management
  • Coordinate the implementation and deployment of Target Operating Model defined by central teams at local level (including policies, SOP, processes and IT deployment)
  • Gather feedback from team on existing set up and tools: business and tools requirements/enhancements and liaise with central teams.

Organize and coordinate the governance with clients:

  • Periodic surveys to reflect the level of satisfactory resulting from service.
  • Business needs follow up.
  • Incidents follow up.
  • Guarantee the reception of respective declarations from clients related to their scope of securities. Record and consolidate each perimeter in the allocation keys template.
  • Follow up the initiatives and projects and update their status on a regular basis.
  • Consistency of operational procedures contents & format ;
  • Accuracy of the description of process ;
  • Completeness of controls executed on a daily basis (check-list template).

Competencies required


  • CIB environment (organization and business lines) appreciated but not required
  • Project management techniques
  • Planning and time management
  • Risk management
  • Data management
  • Analytics tools


  • Good written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft suites (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and SAP Business Object, VBA is a plus
  • Able to manipulate big set of data, analyze them and provide dashboards and analysis on the activity
  • IT literate to adapt and understand our systems

Experience & Education

  • Master?s Degree (Economics, Finance, Business, Management or other related areas)
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, within Financial Services environment.
