IT Support Analyst Full-time

Role and Responsibilities:

This team is looking for an IT Support Analyst within CIB Portugal Solutions IT to provide Level 1 and level 2 technical and functional Support.
  • Monitoring of IT platforms and participation on creation of new monitoring alerts
  • Analysis and Investigation of issues / bugs on the Applications
  • Internal end users requests management
  • Analysis on changes planned by providers
  • Impact Analysis related to technical maintenance operations
  • Documentation on new or modified features
  • Current business processes maintenance and enhancement
  • Incident management: Participation on incident resolution, root cause identification, communication, crisis call and Incident reports on the defined timings
  • Problem management: Identification of solutions for problems and follow-up on the same
  • Coordination with several teams for support, incidents or Problems handling
  • KPI creation and Follow-up
  • On call during night and weekends, including planned maintenance activities and national holidays covering

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Post graduate degree in technology areas (engineering, computer science, etc)
  • Strong knowledge on SQL
  • Strong analytical ability and critical thinking as well as ability to collaborate on multiple projects and work in teams
  • Advanced English level
