crm project manager Full-time

We are looking for an ambitious CRM Project Manager to be a part of our launch on the Portuguese market.
This is a highly entrepreneurial and fast-paced role that will be charged with developing, managing, and executing a world-class customer communication strategy via email, social media, and other channels.
By leveraging your experience with CRM, customer retention activities and tactical marketing analysis you will help in decreasing churn, increasing conversion and improving the customer lifetime value.
Your outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to work within a small team setting and passion for driving customer lifetimes will have a large impact on the success of HBO Portugal.

The assignment
Develop, implement, optimize and manage conversion and retention-focused campaigns and flows through various channels such as email, social media and push notifications.
Increase loyalty and implement customer lifecycle programs (i.e. welcome- and loyalty programs).
Contribute to develop customer processes, based on data insights and customer lifecycle.
Define, measure, and report KPIs for marketing programs and business KPIs.
Continuously improve effectiveness in all our channels.
Write marketing messages in both Portuguese and English.
Ensure that our marketing message and brand is delivered properly.
Work with peers to manage growth and development of our database.
Actively seek input from key stakeholders regarding new demand generation, lead management and campaign plan requirement.
Focus on business KPIs and how to achieve better results.

You will be based in Portugal and will report directly to the European CRM Director, based in Denmark.
You will work closely with the CRM team and other departments spanning Marketing, Distribution, Product Development, Customer Service and PR across Europe.

Required experience
2-3 years experience planning and executing CRM activities (preferably from a subscription-based business); tactical marketing analysis with the capability to measure, analyze and communicate ROI of customer campaigns
Experience with marketing automation tools such as Adobe Campaign and/or other email marketing systems.
Experience and interest for customer development and creating and executing activities in the customer lifecycle.
Experience in managing relationships with external vendors.
Bachelor or Masters in Marketing or other similar training.

Personal Qualities
Strong business acumen and proactive, self-starter approach with a great understanding of what drives customer lifetime.
A strong interest in new marketing technologies, information technology and trends.
Solid project management and analytical skills with an ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
An affinity for working in a small highly entrepreneurial start-up environment.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
Availability to travel to other European countries, when meeting with CRM team or agencies.
